Establishment of an investment fund for energy network company Alliander
The investment fund invests in sustainable energy infrastructure projects. Internally I worked closely together with the concern controller, the corporate treasurer and the heads of the legal and the fiscal department of Alliander. Externally I negotiated with the Province of Gelderland and the regional venture capital firm PPM Oost.

Infrastructure project finance at ING Bank
Arranging the participation of ING in several infrastructure projects across Europe, such as in the first Norwegian public-private road project financing, in the leading electronic toll collection system for lorries in Austria (ASFiNAG), in the toll motorway to the new terminal at Barajas airport and in a ring road around Madrid and in the refinancing of the two airports of Rome.

Responsible for the front office. This included continuous monitoring and execution of the financing position of the group (syndicated credit facility, bonds, perpetual and convertible loans) and bank relationship management. I was responsible for the implementation of IAS 32/39 at the corporate treasury and ensured that foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, liquidity and credit risk management were within the set targets of the treasury policy and in line with IFRS.
